Conversational English Classes (FREE)
Day and Time: Thursday, 7:30 — 9:15 PM
Place: Rooms 4063 and 4064 Math and Computer Building, U of Waterloo
Teachers: Nuke Shim (Room 4063), Steve Munnings (Room 4064)
Content: Practice reading, pronunciation, idioms, conversation, and explore aspects of Canadian culture.
The classes are free. All are welcome!
Investigative Bible Discussions - New Series
Day and Time: Sunday, 7:00 — 9:30 PM
Series: "Who is Jesus?" from the Book of John
Co-leaders: Nuke Shim, Charles Zhang, Daniel Scott
Style: Interactive. All questions welcomed. All opinions respected.
Transportation: Rides available between 6:30 - 6:50pm. Pick-ups from CLV at the Community Centre. Please contact Nuke Shim (519-725-2103; nkshim@rogers.com). If you have a car and can help with transportation, please contact Nuke.

Refreshments: will be served.
Gift of a new English version of the Holy Bible and Bi-lingual (English/Chinese) New Testament given to first time visitors.
Saturday Afternoon Sports
(PLEASE NOTE: NO STREET SHOES OR DIRTY SHOES IN THE GYM)
Children are not allowed on the upper track due to safety concerns. The problem is that the fencing does not meet building code—which brings major liability.
Activities: Volleyball, Basketball, Table Tennis, Badminton
Day & Time: Saturday, 3:00—5:30PM Please do not arrive before 3:00pm.
Place: Lincoln Road Chapel, 145 Lincoln Road, Waterloo
Bring your own badminton and ping pong bats if you have them.
Cost: Free! ALL ARE WELCOME!
Remember: Gym shoes are required (no hard shoes allowed). We cannot provide child care at this time. Parents please keep control of your children so they will not get hurt. All other facilities are off-limits. Please do not enter the equipment room. Please keep your children with you in the gymnasium (basketball court).
